Integration of NetSuite and QuickBooks Online

The integration of NetSuite and QuickBooks Online can streamline business operations as well as automate workflows by synchronizing orders, customers, products, and more in a business organization.

1. Firstly, users sign up for a free edition account on Celigo’s     integrator.io.

2. Thereafter, users should check their email account and follow the instructions to activate their account.

3. While using the free edition, users will be allowed to run one integration flow at a time. Users have to activate their accounts to run multiple integrations.

4. After activating the free edition account, it’s time to connect NetSuite with QuickBooks Online.

5. User should sign in to integrator.io.

6. Please navigate to the Marketplace in integrator.io and locate the QuickBooks tile. Users can enter QuickBooks into the search bar for faster access.

7. Do click the QuickBooks tile and then locate the (Oracle NetSuite) QuickBooks – NetSuite template.

8. Thereafter, do click the Install button.

9. After reviewing the list of flows, do click Install now and accept the Celigo disclaimer.

10. Do configure QuickBooks and NetSuite connections.

11. In the installation window, do click Configure in the first step to enter your NetSuite credentials. Users can set up a new connection or can use existing credentials to NetSuite.

12. While entering QuickBooks credentials, do click Configure in the second step. While connecting with NetSuite, users can set up a new connection and can use an existing account.

13. If users have not previously installed the Celigo integrator.io bundle in their NetSuite account, then click Install in the third step and follow the instructions to complete the installation. After finishing the installation, navigate back to Celigo integrator.io and click Verify now in the template installation. 14. After finishing configuring all of your connections and installing the bundle, do click Install in the fourth step to complete the installation of QuickBooks – NetSuite template.
